Hubzu is fairly easy to use, but there is a lot of reading to make sure you are doing it correctly. Also there was no place for the buyer to pick the title company they want - I haven't read through yet but hopefully they'll get that choice on the contract. Also, when I put a bid in for a buyer we fully intend to go through with it, I resent having to put a $1,500 hold on my account if I am in good standing with Hubzu.
