Hubzu is owned by Altisource, trust me just stay away from this company. They will drag their feet to turn around and claim you are in breach of your contract so they can keep your earnest money.
Plus they refuse to make any repairs to the homes they know will not qualify for a conventional loan.
Do yourself a favor and deal with a licensed realtor and not this company.
