I bid on a property as a homebuyer looking for a primary residence. Auctions are new to me and I only came across Hubzu because of a listing I saw on Zillow. The whole process was really straightforward and user friendly. I appreciated the transparency with bids and bidders, the refusal to counterbid on behalf of the seller, and how simple it was for a first time bidder to follow.
