Customer care rep Lisa Troche called me back, she is very knowledgeable and responsible. She changed my impressions of Hubzu, I was frustrated trying to reach customer care, but Lisa was able to answer all my questions and provided valuable advice. I hope Hubzu hires more representatives like her.
