Hubzu's document processor is located oversea in India, which is about 9 hrs different time zone. Therefore, it is very difficult to get a response from the document processor. it is special frustrating especially when the contract need to be signed in timing manner.
Hubzu's customer support on the other hand is actually extremely helpful and helps me to push the document processor to respond to my email and answer the questions i have regarding to the contract.
