As someone living with a chronic disability, I do about 90% of my shopping online. Aside from that, I shop at Huckberry for its great selection. When stuff happens, which it always does, it’s so refreshing to have a responsive and empathic customer service team on the other end. Huckberry support has made my day several times with their customer service. They have made returns and refunds so stress free and that’s a huge part of the reason I keep coming back.
