“Ordered a gift for Christmas. Huckberry sends and order CONFIRMATION. 2 weeks later, still no gift. Customer service says I have to talk to "management" by email. 5 days later "management" emails me and says, "order was cancelled because they couldn't process payment". Why am I being told the 19 days after I received an order CONFIRMATION?! Terrible customer service.”
“They screwed up my order (sent me wrong item) and then went completely dark when I tried to have them fix it. Multiple emails to support / customer service / multiple forms filled out on website and ZERO response. Finally tracked down their phone number and kept calling until someone answered and they seemed annoyed that I even called. I asked them to send me the right item (the one that I actually ordered) and I guess they wont? Total bummer because I love this company but so utterly disappointed to find out how little they care about their customers. I’m done shopping at Huckberry for good.”
“I love these slippers for the look and comfort but I have two complaints. For the money they consistently shed large chunks of material. I have tiny black wool balls all around the house. I received a pair of these for Christmas (6 months ago) from my wife and I’m already replacing them in early July due to wearing small holes near the baby toe side of both slippers. I do wear them all day while working from home but I would think that for over $100 these would last longer than 6 months. I’m sure that they would last longer if they weren’t worn all day but I’m just sitting at my desk for 9+ hours of the day and not being worn outside at all.
Huckleberry was willing to replace these but when I told them that I’d already ordered a replacement they let the issue drop.”
“I've sold over $100k through Huckberry as a vendor and from experience do NOT work with this company. If you need any support they will NOT help you. It doesn't seem like they care about their customers neither. STAY AWAY!”
