Huckberry did a great job of helping me navigate a missing package that was lost in transit. When initially reaching out via email, I expected a protracted back and forth about the status of the package. However, I was pleasantly surprised that staff followed up with me in just a few hours and had already initiated a process to get my order replaced. It was very easy, and I appreciated how thoughtful Huckberry staff have been in communicating with me. It’s very much appreciated!
