“Poor experience. They took so long to process my returned gift for credit that the item I wanted to replace it with sold out. Their inventory was also off, so they sold it to me but then had to cancel my order as they didn’t have the item to ship. Really disappointing.”
“Ordered a waxed jacket on sale 50% off for Christmas. Of course I get an email that there was a stock issue and they refunded. Offered me a 10% off voucher which was a joke this late in the game for Christmas. Don't order from this company.”
“Ordered a gift for Christmas. Huckberry sends and order CONFIRMATION. 2 weeks later, still no gift. Customer service says I have to talk to "management" by email. 5 days later "management" emails me and says, "order was cancelled because they couldn't process payment". Why am I being told the 19 days after I received an order CONFIRMATION?! Terrible customer service.”
“They screwed up my order (sent me wrong item) and then went completely dark when I tried to have them fix it. Multiple emails to support / customer service / multiple forms filled out on website and ZERO response. Finally tracked down their phone number and kept calling until someone answered and they seemed annoyed that I even called. I asked them to send me the right item (the one that I actually ordered) and I guess they wont? Total bummer because I love this company but so utterly disappointed to find out how little they care about their customers. I’m done shopping at Huckberry for good.”
“I've sold over $100k through Huckberry as a vendor and from experience do NOT work with this company. If you need any support they will NOT help you. It doesn't seem like they care about their customers neither. STAY AWAY!”
