I wrote this for trustpilot too but I am a real person and this really happened. My package was lost, and I reached out to say I still wanted to get the item, and could they reserve a second one to send to me should I not get my package. In some cases, this would be impossible. However, Caleb, a customer service rep, very kindly arranged to ship another jacket if my package was indeed lost. He was just so kind and helpful and it really was an example of a store going the extra mile for their customers. I'd hire Caleb myself! A++++
