Excellent customer service. At first it seemed shipping on the frames I’d ordered as Christmas gifts was delayed (understandable given current environment); on inquiry, I received a prompt response that they’d double-check and ensure the order would ship out immediately. They arrived within 3 days, in time for Christmas, and I couldn’t be happier with the product!
