I bought two rattan tissue boxes but when the package arrived, it was the wrong. I had two large rotten boxes. Lovely but not what I wanted. I emailed Hudson & Vine immediately and their customer service jumped right on it. They were apologetic, pleasant, and so helpful. The tissue boxes arrived very quickly. I am very impressed with the company.
