EXCELLENT customer service. The mirror I ordered was warped ( no fault of HandV) and I was a bit worried because the only way to contact Hudson and Vine was via email- uh oh…But to the contrary, I received a response in a few hours and I was offered either a replacement or a full refund. I eventually chose the refund. The refund was back in my PayPal account within a couple hours! I would absolutely recommend buying from Hudson and Vine!
