For an online-only company, their customer service is very unreasonable! I purchased a vinyl rug, a standard size. They state that custom orders are not returnable, okay that is reasonable, the rug I ordered was one of their standard sizes, however, what they do not state is that ALL orders are custom. So when the rug arrived and the color did not match my decor, I thought I would exchange it for another. Their arrogant customer service staff made an exception to take it back, which includes jumping through all of their hoops to do so, it cost me $60 to ship it back, and when they refunded me, they deducted $10 for shipping on their end as well! This company does not deserve to be in business and I will not order from them again.
