I took me a long time to go for the plunge and ordered a $150 shelf!!!! When I opened it I wasn’t too impressed it looked cheap but thought it’s ok. When I finally got around to putting in on my wall I was horrified. It was hideous. Bent, crooked and just made me want to cry. I immediately contacted customer service and within an hour they got back to me saying that they would look into it. 3 days later I had a full refund no questions ask. I was so impressed with the prompt response and actions taken. Thank you thank you thank you!!
