I initially bought my plates from Hudson and Vine because your shipping costs were only $10, compared to $25 elsewhere. But when one of the plates had a manufacturing issue, I needed to contact the service department. I was really impressed by the speedy response to my email, and by the regular communications and updates that followed. A replacement is on the way and I am grateful,
