I purchased both a rug and adorable handcrafted wind chimes from H&V. I received the wind chimes with no glitches and found them to be perfect. The rug, unfortunately, was never delivered by FedEx. Although I opened a ticket with FedEx concerning the missing rug, they asserted that the rug was delivered and denied my claim, with me being out the cost of the rug. Not willing to let this rest, H&V stepped in and worked for over a month to acquire a refund for me from FedEx. Most companies would have said it was not their problem, but H&V takes their business seriously and the service they provide. They truly care about their customer.
