I panicked when I got a delivery notification but had not received my item. When I contacted customer service, they replied right away and said they would help me get it figured out. It took a few days but I got the vintage mat I had ordered and was extremely pleased. Super cool retro style and made in USA, what's not to love? A+ on customer service and product quality!
