My rug was shipped and out for delivery by UPS. The delivery was never made so I contacted Hudson & Vine customer service. They immediately put in a UPS claim and let me know another rug would be shipped. With a day or two, I received my rug delivered by Federal Express.
The rug is beautiful and excellent quality and their customer service is top notch.
