I have not yet unrolled my new carpet, but I can tell you the colors and design are gorgeous. As soon as the floor gets prepared, we will be able to see what it looks like fully. The customer service has been wonderful and the rug arrived much sooner than expected, since I read in the ad they were on vacation and to expect two delivery 2 weeks after they returned. The package was broken open on the side, but I haven't seen any damage - and I am very anxious to get this thing rolled out!
