The mats arrived in a timely manner, and looks exactly like the picture. However, I didn't realize that they are mats that lie flat on the floor and are not cushiony kitchen rug pads. Because of this, I decided to return them. The return process was fairly easy. I contacted the company about returning the mats, and they were very accommodating and patient with me. Even though the mats weren't what I was looking for, they are beautiful and the company stands behind their word and product.
