A faulty fitted washing machine leak ruined a section of my laminate floor three weeks ago,and despite a visit from a company employee,and liability admitted,i submitted a quote(delivered by hand to the B'ham store)and,despite numerous phone calls,....nothing!
I'm now handing the problem over to Axa,my contents insurer,and chasing it through my legal cover.
£1500 plus has been spent at Hughes B'ham store over the years by me,but never again!
A two bit company with a one star rating!
