This is the shocking reply from the director of Hughes following my continued Complaint my mum has dementia and she has been paying more money for an item that is cheaper brand new !
I contacted 02 to cancel my mums mobile phone contract which he had not used for 18 months and they apologised about my mums illness - nothing from this disgraceful director - would he treat his own mum like this ?
