We bought a Bosch Fridge freezer from Hughes and it was advertised as frost free. On arrival we found it was not frost free and went into store to report this and they checked their website and it was not frost free. Dave the salesman saw the manager and they did not quibble they owned up to their mistake and said they would do a exchange. We have bought many electrical items over the years and have never had a problem. Their prices are very competitive and their delivery is first class.
