Only had it a day but so far so good. It took a very long time to get it going but once you get the feel for it it will keep going round. It does keep you moving cause if you loose momentum so does the weight and it won’t go round. It’s Noisy but if you stick some headphones on it’s not a big problem. I would definitely recommend
