I think this is a great bit of kit. I saw it on tiktok like most people and was hesitant to get it at first.
Considering I have a damaged knee but I worry my brace it's brilliant. So easy to put together, and the noise doesn't bother me. In fact it gives me a little rhythm to hoop too as well as music. I use it for 30 minutes a day and I'm always sweating like anything, I'm on 21 links so I'm excited to take more off as I progress.
The only thing I would say is what the hell do you do with your arms haha.
