Unfortunately the glass angels that I ordered were broken when I received them. They seemed to be packed well so perhaps they were dropped one too many times? I contacted customer service via email and they could not have been more helpful! I called on a Tuesday and my money was refunded by Thursday. I gave 5 stars on this review because of the excellent customer service.
