I ordered an item from this outfit two weeks ago. The item was intended to be a Christmas present. It has not yet arrived, and clicking on the tracking number only reveals that it left China and is "in transit." (I had not known it was coming from China or I would not have ordered it.) When I emailed them to query the status, they only responded by asking for the order number, which was plainly visible in the subject line. I sent a second email providing the order number. No response.
