I placed an order for their Angel windchimes on Nov 27th. On Dec 2nd, I received an email stating they shipped and was given a tracking number. I was patient with the delivery time as they were coming from China but when I went to check on delivery through the tracking info, I found out they HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET!! I emailed them but got no response so I emailed them again warning them that I will reverse the charges if no response. As of today, still no response...off to the bank I go!!!!!
