Charged for item the second you 'purchase' it, however after over 3 weeks there is nothing that has changed. No shipping, no updates, and tracking site is not an official tracking site. This is nothing but a Chinese scam stealing from Americans through Facebook. And, Facebook knows it but isn't doing anything about it.
