I ordered a Heated Vest for my husband in an XXL, it is in no way, shape or form the correct size, it barely fits me and I am a medium. I have sent three emails for return address and have yet to receive any response. It says customer service 24 hours, its been 48 plus hours. Since the refund is only good for 30 days, my time is running out for a $70.00 purchase. Please do something, order number 113529.
