I placed my order November 10,2018. A tracking number was issued. Canada Post notified an expiry on the tracking order. I emailed Humble Household Support. Provided Order Number when asked. Have not heard back yet. I called Canada Post. They are not able to assist as there are no details identifying my order. They suggested Humble Household contact them to initiate an investigation. I even sent out a follow up email inquiring an update on my order status regarding successful shipment. No response. Still no delivery after more than one month. Eight items at a grand total of $103.60.
