I ordered the microscope and it took a long time to receive it. When I got it we could not get the zoom to work. the software will not load on my computer. I have reloaded it 4 times and nothing. So I was looking on line for some help and found this site. All the negative remarks seem to be true. I wish I had seen this site about Humble Households before ordering from here. I will not make that mistake again. Maybe the Better Business Bureau has them listed. If not they should!
