With 3 weeks before Christmas, I just naively assumed that my order would get to me before gift-time....sadly, it still is not here on Jan 4th. Contacting them proved unsatisfactory - they just tell me to contact the carrier, they have no responsibility to their customers. I will warn anyone to steer clear of this compaany.
