My products either came extremely late, not at all, or broken. I keep getting generated email back with no satisfaction in sight. They do not get back to you in a timely manner and I still do not know if I will be reimbursed for the no show or damaged packages. Their messages just keep saying they will get back to me. This is a really bad company to do business with and the products are not quality products, especially for the price you pay. I'm very unhappy with these people and would give them a minus 5 if I could
