I ordered 5 gold plated roses, only received 1, which came damaged. The rose was in a light box and shipped in a plastic bag (from China), the box was crushed. I notified Humble Household about the short shipment of 4 roses and damaged box. They replied right away asking for a shipping # which I sent and have never heard from Humble Household again. No refund and no shipping of the rest of the order. I would rather give them a half star if one was available. Be smarter than I... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HUMBLE HOUSEHOLD....
