It is not clear from the website that they ship from China and you should expect your order to arrive in 15-20 business days (unless it's holiday season, then it will be longer). I placed my order for 5 items on 11/15. Two of the five items arrived in a decent amount of time on 12/10. The other 3 did not ship with the other two items. I asked for an update on the other 3 items on 12/14 and they said they had shipped and would arrived soon. Since no tracking number was provided I told them I did not believe them and to cancel the order and give me a refund. On January 4th, they told me to hang on and that they would deliver very soon. They were Christmas gifts! I don't need them anymore. I said I wanted to return them AT THEIR EXPENSE NOT MINE for a refund and he told me today I can ship them to somewhere in Canada at my expense. What a joke. Their website promises "Amazing Service - experience the joy that comes from working with a team of individuals who actually care, not just another greedy corporation!" They have no idea what good customer service means. I was sucked in by their "story" trying to compete with the mega corporations. Don't buy in. Find a different vendor. They are terrible.
