I ordered product from a site that looks like it operates out of California. It doesn’t. They are in China. I ordered the angel terrarium and the angel earrings. Placed the order November 30 so it would arrive by Christmas according to their website it’s 15-20 days delivery so that gave me plenty of time. Delivery was not made until AFTER Christmas. The terrariums were broken because the mailed them in an envelope from China AND I never got the earrings. It’s January 7 and still nothing. I contacted the company via email since that’s the only way. They are insisting on sending me replacements via their robotic replies when I have clearly stated at this point I don’t want anything and to cancel my order which at this time they are not doing. Their replies are cookie cutter answers. DON’T BUY HERE! Seems like a rip off to me! If I could give negative stars I would!!
