I bot a game. They sent me the wrong key - to a different and 5X less expensive game. I tried and tried going through the customer service, sending screen shots of my purchase, but they didn't even read the ticket, just resend the wrong key and asked if there was anything else they could help with. I ended up having to go thru Paypal to get my money back.
