I give these guys an excellent rating for the quality products and good customer service. I placed several orders with them already and I once experienced a delay with my package as well. However, they were able to rectify the situation. Things happen so I understand. I do suggest more bubble wraps aside from the silver bags for safety purposes. Overall, it's a 5! Plus they are way cheaper compared to other vendors.
