3 stars because their customer service is not great. Otherwise, the cup is fine. No response to emails, no phone number to speak to a live person. Finally made a couple comments on social media and received a generic reply that was not helpful. After complaining, receive email of order being prepared to ship. It was obviously because of the negative comment from myself and many others.
