“Bought 4 40 oz travelers and 2 32 sport bottles less than 6 months ago. At first I thought they were decent cups, the kids are fairly difficult to get off but I could deal with it. Well a couple of days ago I was holding the handle on one of the 40 oz travelers, taking the lid off and the handle just snapped right off the cup. The quality of these cups are sub par. For the price of these I wish I would have just stuck with a Stanley or Yeti. Unfortunately, I can not in good faith recommend these to anyone.”
“Nice. Big jug make sure to push off your straw that bends to clean in between I just lost my straw no idea how it walked alway from the kitchen room mates… anyway I just need a good cleaning tool so I am in market for that next”
“The design and look is great! But keeping my drink cold or the ice lasting. Not at all! My ice melts in 3hrs. My drink barely gets cold. The straw seems like I’m drinking out of a broken straw too. Disappointed but love the whole design of it! hydrojug did send me a new one!”
“The bottom grip came off shortly after getting it. Didn’t bother me too much and I liked the design, however months in it is completely falling apart and the design is coming off. For how much you pay for one it is not worth the cost.”
“Have bought several of these from both company site and authorized retailers. I do love them but recently was disappointed with the autumn checkers as it had had a couple chips in it when delivered. I returned and another is on the way, but I’m worried this might be an issue with this style. I hope not.”

“I've had 2 hydrojugs now and have loved them. Unfortunately, my second one had the handle completely fall off as I was loosening the lid. I submitted to customer service and after 3 weeks and a nudge email, I still hadn't heard anything so I submitted a 2 star review explaining the situation and the disappointment at the lack of response. Within the day, I heard back from them and everything is on track to be resolved. Hate to suggest that you need to be a respectful squeaky wheel if needed, but I'm also glad to report that they did actually respond and are willing to send a replacement. Thank you Hydrojug! Looks like I'll still be using my favorite waterbottle, thankfully!”
“Really upset with the level of quality this cup for CHILDREN provides. The pins that hold the handles in place easily fall out and my toddler is always finding them and bringing them to be. Definitely a choking hazard.”
