Bought a 40 oz traveler that had a defective handle. (Handle broke off). Customer service was very professional and prompt and rectified the issue.

Have bought several of these from both company site and authorized retailers. I do love them but recently was disappointed with the autumn checkers as it had had a couple chips in it when delivered. I returned and another is on the way, but I’m worried this might be an issue with this style. I hope not.

I've had 2 hydrojugs now and have loved them. Unfortunately, my second one had the handle completely fall off as I was loosening the lid. I submitted to customer service and after 3 weeks and a nudge email, I still hadn't heard anything so I submitted a 2 star review explaining the situation and the disappointment at the lack of response. Within the day, I heard back from them and everything is on track to be resolved. Hate to suggest that you need to be a respectful squeaky wheel if needed, but I'm also glad to report that they did actually respond and are willing to send a replacement. Thank you Hydrojug! Looks like I'll still be using my favorite waterbottle, thankfully!

I adore my cups; they're leakproof, although the lids can be difficult to remove. I actually broke one trying to open it, but they kindly replaced it. Similarly, when the handle of another broke (also from removing the lid), they replaced that one as well. They are incredibly kind, and the cups are fantastic; I use them at the gym constantly. Only reason its not a 5 star is because of the difficulty of taking the lid off at times

My 40oz traveler handle broke within less than 3 months. They were kind to send me a replacement. Hopefully it was just a bad luck experience and not indicative of the quality.

Myself (and my three children against my wishes)use and have used this cup every day for months. My one and only complaint is the lid sticking so the point of destroying the outer appearance of the silicone grip trying to remove it. It’s not a big enough issue that I don’t use the cup or would choose another brand. It has effortlessly withstood drops and many knock-overs with no damage to the cup. Cupholder friendly, yet I’m not afraid to toss in the seat when I’m in a rush— truly leakproof. I have recently ordered another as well as the new sport cup. I started using HydroJug when the first plastic ones launched. I love their products and am happy to support.

I love all of my products I purchased. The 40oz tumbler by far has been my favorite. Having the ability to make it spill proof/leak proof is perfect when you have kids! & It for perfect in the cup holder in my truck. The only downside too my tumbler is sometimes the lid gets a tough suction and because of that the handle started breaking when I'd use it as leverage to twist the lid eventually leading to the handle breaking off completely.

I love my 40 oz Traveler, however the lid is starting to discolor. I don’t leave it in the sun, and I don’t put it in the dishwasher. Disappointing, but otherwise a great cup.

I love the design and colors of the hydrojug. I love that it doesn't spill. I love that it holds ice and the straw flips down. It fits in my cup holders. I have even been able to get friends to try them out too. The only downfall I have experience is, they dent easier than other brands. My daughter knocked hers over at the park and it has a big dent.

I spent a while researching tumblers and thought HydroJug traveller looked good. I waited for the item to come back in stock in the colour I wanted and then placed my order. I am located in the UK and delivery took about 18 days. I am very happy with the traveller so far, the pink is cute and a much nicer shade than the main image on their site, and it keeps my water cold all day. After the Student Beans discount I used, I think the price was reasonable and good value. However, there was an issue with my order and discrepancies with shipping costs to the UK, and it took customer services too long to resolve the issue and customer services are hard to get in touch with. I was given incorrect and contradictory information on two occasions before I was finally given an answer that makes sense along with a resolution. I don’t believe my issue was properly looked into until I had sought advice in the HydroJug Fam Facebook Group and the Head of Customer Experience reached out to me. It took them 7 days to provide me with said resolution. Live chat is apparently open 7-10am & 4-8pm MST but it’s not always open when it should be. They have no phone line and they seem to pick and choose when they want to respond to live chat and email queries. There are also issues with ordering certain items outwith the US, items show as in stock (e.g. the colour block travellers) but then when you enter a UK address or Canadian address the item changes to out of stock, if you then change the address to a US address the item changes to in stock and you can checkout. HydroJug seem to not understand that this happens so I am unsure whether it’s intentional or it’s an issue with their website that they are unaware of. Overall, I do really like my tumbler and I’m happy I purchased, but I would be very hesitant to order again unless their customer service improved. It would also be great if they had a UK stockist and/or dedicated UK site. I think their pre-existing site also needs considerable work to make purchasing a smoother process. Given the issues with customer services and their website, the stats given are mainly for the product itself, and I was unsure between deducting 1 star or 2 stars for the issues detailed.

I love my hydrojug! Before I got my hydrojug, I was using my travel tumbler from hydroflask and noticed leaking. With my hydrojug I’m able to move around with it and keeps my water cold all day!

I love all my hydrojug products, my traveler cup especially, but you can't take apart the lid to properly clean it and mine is growing mold. I've tried hot soaks with baking soda and vinegar and the mold is still there. Only bad thing I've experienced.

The mugs are great. My only issue was the turn around time. I ordered, so I thought, far enough in advance to get my mugs before I left on a two week trip and they didn’t arrive until two days after I left. I ordered on Jan 15th and it didn’t show up until Feb 5th.
