“I absolutely love Hydro Jugs containers. Stanley and all other brands can’t compete. I recently discovered this brand over the holidays and decided to take a chance. I ordered a pink and pre ordered a black Hydro jug. I needed the pink one sooner for it was a gift and canceled my pre order one because the time frame surpassed. I gifted the pink one and they loved it. Not even a week after the hydro jug refused to open and I emailed customer service. They stated they would replace the defective jug. It did take a while to receive the replacement (in black due to the pink being sold out) I would recommend the jug to friends. The experience was a little wild but the jug still deserves a higher star hence my rating of 4. I bought my original black one at a different retailer and I’ve love it since”
“Check out process was very easy, however, after placing my order I got the order confirmation and never got any updates for the status of the order. Package just randomly showed up and after having it 2 days, I was emailed “your order has shipped!”.”
“I really like my cup so far, so good. It holds ice pretty good but not for 2 days. I would say it holds ice for about four hours But it keeps the drink cold for a long time”
“Love my cups.. the shipping took about 3 weeks, which for me is a really long time. One of the travelers is scratched and noticeable since it’s the light cream color, that’s disappointing. Overall happy with the cup and it is leak proof! But just note that the cups scratches easily apparently.”
“I absolutely love the Hyrdo Jug Traveler mugs. 10/10! They look incredible compared to Stanley cups and the no spills is just a huge bonus! That being said, this order I was annoyed. I figured the best “birthday door buster” were on day 1 based off the email I received. WRONG. They gave the crappy gift that day, I spent $70 for a straw? I also added a mystery gift and received a SLEEVE for the Hydro Jugs style that I didn’t order. I won’t make that mistake again, what a disappointment.”
