HydroJug sent an email saying there was a defect in the sports 14oz lids and to discard immediately and without question they mailed us replacements for nothing. Not even shipping. All i had to was show my online order or receipt of which ones i purchased and in just 2-3 days the replacements were delivered. We absolutely love HydroJug in this household we have 9 total and will probably get more. Best cup/tumbler and 100% leakproof which is the best feature.
