I absolutely love Hydro Jugs containers. Stanley and all other brands can’t compete. I recently discovered this brand over the holidays and decided to take a chance. I ordered a pink and pre ordered a black Hydro jug. I needed the pink one sooner for it was a gift and canceled my pre order one because the time frame surpassed. I gifted the pink one and they loved it. Not even a week after the hydro jug refused to open and I emailed customer service. They stated they would replace the defective jug. It did take a while to receive the replacement (in black due to the pink being sold out) I would recommend the jug to friends. The experience was a little wild but the jug still deserves a higher star hence my rating of 4. I bought my original black one at a different retailer and I’ve love it since
