Bought 4 40 oz travelers and 2 32 sport bottles less than 6 months ago. At first I thought they were decent cups, the kids are fairly difficult to get off but I could deal with it. Well a couple of days ago I was holding the handle on one of the 40 oz travelers, taking the lid off and the handle just snapped right off the cup. The quality of these cups are sub par. For the price of these I wish I would have just stuck with a Stanley or Yeti. Unfortunately, I can not in good faith recommend these to anyone.

DO NOT BUY, says its dishwasher safe but i put it in the dishwasher brand new and it was ruined. also the ice DOES not last

I got the everyday tumbler and literally it hurts to suck out of it you have to suck so hard. It's awful, worse than my kids sippy cups!

The bottom grip came off shortly after getting it. Didn’t bother me too much and I liked the design, however months in it is completely falling apart and the design is coming off. For how much you pay for one it is not worth the cost.

Really upset with the level of quality this cup for CHILDREN provides. The pins that hold the handles in place easily fall out and my toddler is always finding them and bringing them to be. Definitely a choking hazard.

I bought 4 hydro jugs, 2 of them work great, two leak. The leak somewhere from the straw piece. I threw it into my bag and had water every where. When I tried to tip upside down it leaks at the straw. Also when drinking it leaks down the side if the cup. I specifically went with Hydrojug because I wanted to be able to throw in my bags and no worry about spilling.

I’m so disappointed in my hydrojug. The lid was SO hard to get off! Enough so that it started peeling because I had to grip it so tight. Then the handle completely broke off. I only had it for 3 months. Customer service was not helpful at all because I threw the jug away after taking these pictures and am unable to mark it with an “X”. Will not be purchasing again!

My hydrojug got stolen when it got delivered and they left it out in the front porch and no one has gotten back to me. Their customer service is horrible there is no one I can contact to help me. The chat doesn’t help the person take days to reply back. I just want my money back at this point cause it been about two weeks.

I left a review earlier about my issues with the bottle not keeping the water as cold as my previous Hydroflask and the bottle leaking. The company responded but only addressed the water temperature and made no comment about the leaking. I see it continually advertised that this bottle is leak proof but I followed instructions and had the straw closed completely but the bottle still leaked all over me. Now, my issue is that the straw is impossible to completely clean. I’ve tried to remove it and so has my boyfriend to clean in the nooks and crannies but it won’t budge at all, leaving parts of the straw dirty even after washing. I’ve only had this bottle for about a month and I’m throwing it away at this point. Very disappointed and will be returning to my Hydroflask.

I ordered the Camo because that style was really cute. I didn't have to wait long to get it on the mail but when I got the 40oz traveler the top was defective. It was open and wouldn't close. This is the second cup is ordered from them and the first one never came. Now the Camo wasn't closing. I contacted hydrojug and the cup was sold out. I don't like how things are limited because if there is something wrong with the item we can't get a replacement cup. I'm disappointed with this company.

The products are great and I am glad that they sell replacement lids. However, the customer service was horrible. I placed my order on January 10. I understand they have a higher volume during sales. I waited, and finally on January 29, after 19 days, my order arrived. I was extremely dissatisfied in their lack of communication after I had emailed customer service after 10 days of placing my order. I was also disappointed that it took extremely long to arrive.

We are sorry to hear that and appreciate your feedback. During sales especially our birthday week sale fulfillment can take longer than normal due to the high influx of orders. Fulfillment was 5-10 business during that week once your order is fulfilled shipping times begin. We state this in our confirmation email as well as website so you know when you can expect it. Fulfillment and shipping days are business days which exclude holidays and weekends. As for the slow response time we apologize for that with the high influx of orders there is also a high influx of emails and our team was trying to catch up on emails and working overtime to get back to everyone in a timely manner. Usually it is within 1-2 business days but with the sales/releases it was a little longer. We hired new members so in the future it won't take as long but our team will get back to you as quickly as they can.

I’m sure this is a fantastic water bottle and I’ve been super excited to switch to it from my go-to Stanley. However it’s taken over a week to even ship. It’s been about a week and a half so far and it still hasn’t arrived - tracking is still states away. Their website does not offer any faster shipping options. High quality product I’m sure, just snail speed delivery time. Would not recommend to anyone looking to get quickly.
