“I have yet to recieve the Hydro Jug I ordered after a week of shipping and handling. I was told it was sent back to you and I sent an email to your support address and have still yet to hear back. If it was for me I wouldn't care but it was supposed to be part of a Valentines day gift which seems unlikely now after already waiting over a week before it was sent back to you guys. (Shipping and billing addresses are both correct.)”

“The stainless steel hydrojug is poorly made. The lid is so finicky and leaks easily. There is a straw included, but you still have to tip the jug each time to drink, which is the worst part probably. The straw is also not long enough to reach the bottom 1/4 of the jug so it’s pointless to have such a large bottle when you can’t even drink all of it. The ice really doesn’t last longer than 6-8 hours. Save your money and buy something else and more affordable.”

I reached out again asking for a refund for not receiving my purchase and i also did not get a response. I am very disappointed because i was very excited to try their new 40oz traveler.”

The tracking for my order is still saying waiting to be picked up since 6 days ago. At this point I’m not excited about my order any more. “Mold collects in the lid where you can’t reach to get it cleaned. Was told I will get a replacement lid.. zero lid to be delivered. Was also told to wash the lid often? Obviously I was my cup!! Gross!!”
