I have yet to recieve the Hydro Jug I ordered after a week of shipping and handling. I was told it was sent back to you and I sent an email to your support address and have still yet to hear back. If it was for me I wouldn't care but it was supposed to be part of a Valentines day gift which seems unlikely now after already waiting over a week before it was sent back to you guys. (Shipping and billing addresses are both correct.)
