“I spent a while researching tumblers and thought HydroJug traveller looked good. I waited for the item to come back in stock in the colour I wanted and then placed my order. I am located in the UK and delivery took about 18 days. I am very happy with the traveller so far, the pink is cute and a much nicer shade than the main image on their site, and it keeps my water cold all day. After the Student Beans discount I used, I think the price was reasonable and good value.
However, there was an issue with my order and discrepancies with shipping costs to the UK, and it took customer services too long to resolve the issue and customer services are hard to get in touch with. I was given incorrect and contradictory information on two occasions before I was finally given an answer that makes sense along with a resolution. I don’t believe my issue was properly looked into until I had sought advice in the HydroJug Fam Facebook Group and the Head of Customer Experience reached out to me. It took them 7 days to provide me with said resolution. Live chat is apparently open 7-10am & 4-8pm MST but it’s not always open when it should be. They have no phone line and they seem to pick and choose when they want to respond to live chat and email queries. There are also issues with ordering certain items outwith the US, items show as in stock (e.g. the colour block travellers) but then when you enter a UK address or Canadian address the item changes to out of stock, if you then change the address to a US address the item changes to in stock and you can checkout. HydroJug seem to not understand that this happens so I am unsure whether it’s intentional or it’s an issue with their website that they are unaware of.
Overall, I do really like my tumbler and I’m happy I purchased, but I would be very hesitant to order again unless their customer service improved. It would also be great if they had a UK stockist and/or dedicated UK site. I think their pre-existing site also needs considerable work to make purchasing a smoother process. Given the issues with customer services and their website, the stats given are mainly for the product itself, and I was unsure between deducting 1 star or 2 stars for the issues detailed.”

“I really love that the straw flips down! I have a weird paranoia about bugs going in my drink without my knowledge so having a tight leakproof lid and the straw folding down with a clear lid makes everything so much better. Literally can relax knowing no bugs are in my drink!”

It sometimes does take a little time for them to get back to you because they are a small company, but every time I've contacted them they are very friendly and helpful. I ordered the first traveler when it came out and I absolutely adore them I have almost every color I like that they don't leak I can toss it on the seat in my car I can put coffee in it water in it I've had no issues with it. I've also never had any mold issues like some people are having so I'm not sure what that's about although I frequently mostly put water in here it does help me get my daily intake in.”

“I love my hydronic and my traveler and I am waiting for my keychain. I thoroughly enjoy them and replaced a water container I had that had no handle and would fall over. I like the hydronic series with the spillproof. I just ordered one more and I know I’m the only one using them so I better curtail my ordering now..lol. Gotta love!
